Need a reason to attend the 2012 Conference & Expo? Here's one:

Last year, we held a contest asking people to let us know why they attended our Conference & Expo and awarded the best answer with a free registration. We thought some of the responses we received might be great incentive for you to attend this year and thought we would share some of them with you. 

The first came in from John Hudacek of the Moore Engineering Company in Lancaster, PA. John wrote:

"The reason I am attending the NFPA Conference & Expo is to help protect and safeguard the occupants and owners of my designs from death, injury, or financial losses. As a professional engineer, it is my responsibility to educate myself as much as possible in order to prevent a catastrophe.
