This was my first Conference, and second EXPO [previous EXPO was in 82]. Not clear yet on where to locate a link to obtain audios of the sessions. Conference and EXPO were well presented and many helpful staff available to answer questions and provide directions.

Charged $95.00 USD ($98.00 AUD) just to visit my own Companies Stand, whilst on Holidays in Las Vegas. On top of that, you could not even provide a legitimate tax invoice, EFTPOS receipt or Official NFPA receipt. Ended up with a handwritten receipt from a Lady at the registration booth. Very professional, not. Unlikely, you will see me again!

Hello Andrew - sorry we didn't have an electronic receipt available for you onsite. We will send you a computer generated receipt today. In the future, if you register for the Expo in advance, or bring a completed registration form with you, you can gain access to the Expo for free. I hope you enjoyed your holiday in Las Vegas!
