Looking at Colorado HB12-081,It seems that it is to provide the homeowner the decision to install or not to install and which type on his own without encumbrance to law. We should be lobbying the insurance co.'s to discount or underwrite systems for single family dwellings. How many sprinkler companies are actively marketing services to customers, like security system companies. This also gives developers added value services to offer without it being a requirement.
