can an employer "cite" you for safety violations under 70E; if his facility does not have compliance; I was written up for not wearing protective shirt and pants while checking a disconnect for voltage (208 3-phase. No arc analysys performed, no labeling. are j boxes, disconnects, receptacles covered under 70E. and is PPE required?
